Since 1959 the Historical Society has remained dedicated to the preservation and exhibition of the rich cultural heritage of the Carpinteria Valley. The Society’s primary sources of revenue are generated through membership dues, donations, and fundraising activities. At times, grants have funded a variety of special projects and capital improvements

Membership in the CVHS entitles you to:

• Attend lectures and events for FREE

• Invitations to Museum programs and special events

• Access to research materials in archives, photography collection, and oral history collection
